THE WHITE RAINBOW PROJECT
The White Rainbow Project (WRP) is a faith based non-profit organization dedicated to caring for the widows of Vrindavan. The WRP gives people the opportunity to grow and mature spiritually by helping the poor and downtrodden in tangible ways through service trips, fundraising and widow sponsorship. Using the feature film “White Rainbow” as a tool to educate, motivate and inspire others to get involved and help, the WRP plans to host screenings at universities, college campuses, churches, women’s groups and humanitarian group meetings. These events we will promote the service trips, raise funds for ongoing projects and encourage people to become sponsors.

GUILD OF SERVICE
The important work of the Guild of Service cannot be overstated. For nearly 80 years, the Guild of Service has provided grass roots advocacy to empower widows throughout India. The GOS also works diligently to focus the attention of civil society as well as local and national government on the plight of India's widows. Under the chairmanship of Dr. Mohini Giri, the Guild of Service runs four homes, each committed to serve the special needs of women made destitute by varying circumstances. Whether widowed as a child, as a result of riots or armed conflict, the GOS houses provide shelter, health care and customized training for hundreds of marginalized women.
WIDOWS WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF INDIA (Information Only)
Widows Welfare Association provides a Christian ministry to widows and orphans in India. The association was started by Ruth Singson, who after the tragedy of her own widowhood, was determined to break down the barriers that prevent widows from leading productive, spiritual and fulfilling lives. WWA distributes clothing, food, and medicine to the poorest widows and has opened a shelter to serve as a worship center and to rescue battered women and children. The center also provides education and vocational training. For more information, contact Ruth Singson, Widows Welfare Assocation, PO Box 200, Ivy, VA 22945.
